At The Alchemist, we want you to be ready to embrace the magic! We gladly accept returns, as long as the products have not been used and the seals have not been broken. Please find more details below.
My order is incomplete
If this happens please take an immediate photograph of your order as it arrived and contact us by clicking here within 7 days of receiving your parcel. We will be in touch!
My item arrived broken or faulty
We are sorry to hear that! If your items arrive broken or damaged, please take a photograph immediately while they are still in their original packaging. Click and complete the Returns and Refunds Form here, and we’ll guide you through the process. For items that are broken or faulty we’re happy to offer a replacement if we are notified within 14 days of receipt. Kindly hold onto the item until we have had a chance to chat with you.
To ensure that we can fully investigate the issue and prevent similar problems in the future, we kindly ask that you hold onto the faulty item. If a replacement is being delivered, we may arrange to collect the faulty item at that time for inspection.
This helps us identify potential issues and improve the quality of our products. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding!
I changed my mind
Your satisfaction means everything to us! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, take a photograph of the item and simply fill out the Returns and Refund Form by clicking here within 14 days of receiving your item. To process your return, the item must be shipped back to us, unopened and unused, within 14 days of receipt and within 7 days of contacting us. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you and provide you with the outcome. Please note that proof of purchase is required.
While we are unable to refund shipping costs, we recommend returning items using a trackable postage method, as we cannot take responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Products purchased on sale cannot be refunded.
What if I enter the wrong order details?
If you have entered incorrect information while placing your order, please contact us by clicking here as soon as possible to update your details or cancel the order. Since all orders and shipping labels are generated automatically, we cannot guarantee that our online orders team will be able to intercept the order before it’s dispatched.
To avoid delays or returns, please double-check your address details.
If your delivery is to an office building, be sure to include the company name.
Partial Refund
We reserve the right to issue a partial refund if the item is past 14 days of delivery, is not in its original packaging, or is damaged due to reasons that are not the result of our error. In such cases, the refund amount may be adjusted based on the condition of the item.
